Guests have full access to our large downstairs deck with outdoor dining table. Great hike with sweeping views of Cayucos, ocean, reservoir, and Morro rock. We offer basic plates, cups, wine glasses, cutlery, etc. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. The sofa folds into a queen sized bed with bedding available.

In the living room area there is a dining table, comfortable sofa, 24" smart tv (no cable), and a small kitchenette (not a full kitchen). The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and a large open closet.
Our guest suite includes a bedroom, full bathroom, living room area and backyard patio. The guest suite is separated by a solid locked door. We live in the upstairs part of the house. Guests have their own entrance on our back patio. This space includes a bedroom, full bath, living room area (with futon) and spacious outdoor patio.
